Morgner’s Quality Manager is professional and endeavors to address quality issues in the field as they occur. Any quality issues that has been raised has been closed to fully address the issue including root causes and resolution. One challenge for both Metro and Morgner Quality Management is the GC’s paradigm that Quality Control is a function of production. Another challenge is maintaining a reasonable QC staff including inspectors relative to the size and complexity of the project. The Southwestern Yard project is a successful project completed on-time and within budget and Quality Control is a major factor to its success.
