Our pre/post-construction documentation is a thorough process that documents the condition of all adjacent conditions, including properties and/or neighboring construction activity through photographs, notes, visual observations, and other means and methods as directed by the complexity a project, or the zone of influence set forth by regulatory agencies.

We recommend a complete a pre-construction assessment prior to any construction activity. This protects our clients against unsubstantiated litigation that claims perceived property damage or movement regardless of pre-existing condition.

Morgner works with the Contractor to develop a scope that meets specification requirements for photographic and video Pre-Construction Photo Documentation and Right of Way documentation. Morgner also works with the Contractor to determine and finalize a list of properties/structures to be analyzed, and based on the construction schedule, prioritizes the sections.

Morgner has contributed to the successful delivery of Metro projects, through assessment of noise and vibration, producing noise and vibration control plans, which identify impacting activities, predicting noise and vibration levels, and requiring mitigation where specified levels are exceeded.

Geotechnical Instrumentation is the ability to determine movement in either the ground or surrounding structures utilizing sophisticated equipment. Movement on the order of tenths of a millimeter are recorded and immediately sent via cellular connection to our servers where it’s combined with other data and control points to alert you to when you either need to be cautious, stop, or evacuate your jobsite.

Our Automated Total Stations (AMTS) provide an alternative to high priced surveyors shooting points at a daily or hourly rate.
