MORGNER was contracted by the County Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County to perform field verifications of parcel improvements on approximately 8,000 parcels within Los Angeles County and to provide reports on the findings to aid them in their Financial Planning & Management. The challenge of this project was the volume of data to be collected, reviewed and submitted. Along with the document control issues and management of so many inspectors, the 4-month time frame in which to finish the verifications of the 8,000 parcels spread throughout all of Los Angeles County and many unincorporated cities made it a project in need of maximum efficiency.
