MORGNER was retained by Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas, Inc. to conduct pre-construction surveys for the East Central Interceptor Sewer project along the 11-mile tunnel from Mission Road and Jesse streets east of the Los Angeles River to west of La Cienega Boulevard in Culver City. The project involves a massive pre-construction survey encompassing approximately 800 structures. These structures consist of single-family homes, apartment wellings, commercial property, churches, mosques, and a section of the University of Southern California campus.
The project route covers an extended area of over $1 billion in real estate value.

Management Services MORGNER was retained by Jacobs Associates to conduct pre-construction surveys for the Northeast Interceptor Sewer (NEIS) project along the 9.5-mile tunnel extending from the terminus of the E/W at Mission and Jesse Street to the one mile north of the Los Angeles/Glendale Water Reclamation Plant. The approximate pipe sizes will range from five (5) feet to six(6) feet in diameter. The project involves a massive pre-construction survey encompassing about 400 commercial structures. The project route covers an extended area with a commercial real estate value of over $1 Billion in downtown Los Angeles.
