The Los Angeles County Community Development Commission (CDC) has hired MORGNER as a consultant to perform housing inspections in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles. These inspections include interior, exterior, electrical, plumbing and roofing write-ups. Preparation of written specifications, estimates and assure compliance of construction activities with applicable regulations, ordinances and building code requirements. MORGNER staff also prepares change orders, cancellation memos, and inspection reports and mediates between homeowners and contractors in resolving disputes. MORGNER has established and maintained a working relationship with CDC staff, architects, contractors, other agencies and the public.
