MORGNER managed critical cost information reports for FEMA-funded construction and engineering projects for the California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink), coordinating documents in preparation for FEMA auditors. Contract reports, budget, costs and FEMA allocations were coordinated for all transportation expenditures. Master spreadsheet reports were prepared for the executive management committee in key decision issues. MORGNER also participated in executive transportation meetings to present and facilitate discussions regarding cost analysis information.
