Morgner Construction Management (MORGNER) is a minority owned business certified with the CUCP and a WMBE certified with the CPUC. MORGNER is also certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with the Metropolitan Transit Authority , the Metropolitan Water District, the Port of Long Beach, the City of San Diego, City of Los Angeles (SLBE) and the State of California.


FIRM HISTORY
MORGNER was established as a California corporation in 1992, to provide construction management and engineering services to public agencies. Since its inception, MORGNER has served many municipal clients including the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority, the County of Los Angeles Sanitation Department, the Los Angeles Unified School District, the County of Los Angeles Community Development Commission and the Orange County Transportation Authority.

The MORGNER TEAM is a leading engineering, planning, and construction management firm that has been serving clients for more than 16 years.  One of the primary focuses of MORGNER's construction managers is to control the schedule, quality, and costs of construction programs and to ensure that the end product is compliant with contractual obligations. These goals are accomplished by providing qualified administrative, managerial, and engineering and inspection personnel. More specifically, MORGNER's construction management services encompass pre-construction surveys, electrical contracting, planning, scheduling, cost estimating, constructability reviews, contract administration, configuration management, and field engineering and inspection services. The firm also adheres to the implementation of safety and quality assurance programs.
